Étape 3 — Harmonisation

Rayon 4 → Réduction des tensions

Étape 4 — Clarification

Rayon 5 → Mise en conscience

Étape 5 — Expansion

Rayon 2 → Intégration cœur

Étape 6 — Direction

Rayon 1 → Orientation nouvelle

3. Indice Global d’Intégration (IGI)

Formule conceptuelle :

IGI = (Cohérence Corps + Activation Sphères + Alignement Rayon) / 3
